Services

Revenue operations for mid-market companies on HubSpot and Salesforce. Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee assessment and is delivered by senior consultants from start to finish.

CRM implementation and migration

A new platform, a move between HubSpot and Salesforce, or a consolidation of several tools into one. We design the architecture first, then migrate the data, build the system and launch it with trained users.

What it includes

  • Discovery sessions and a written solution design before anything is built
  • Object, property, pipeline and lifecycle architecture
  • Data migration with deduplication, mapping and validation
  • User roles, permissions and team structure
  • Integrations with marketing, support, finance and calling tools
  • Training, launch support and system documentation

Best for: first-time rollouts, migrations between HubSpot and Salesforce, and consolidations after growth or an acquisition.

RevOps assessment and strategy

A fixed-fee review of how your revenue teams work and what the CRM does to help or hinder them. It ends with a roadmap your leadership can fund, and the fee is credited toward implementation if you proceed within 60 days.

What it includes

  • Interviews with sales, marketing, customer success and finance stakeholders
  • Audit of configuration, automation, integrations and reporting
  • Data quality review: duplicates, completeness and lifecycle accuracy
  • Process map from first touch to renewal, with the handoff gaps marked
  • A prioritized roadmap tied to revenue goals, plus a fixed-scope proposal for the work

Best for: leadership teams that know something is wrong and want a clear, costed plan before committing.

Process and automation design

The rules that move a lead to a customer and a customer to a renewal, written down and then built into the CRM so they run the same way every time.

What it includes

  • Lead capture, scoring and routing
  • Lifecycle stages and handoff rules between marketing, sales and customer success
  • Deal pipelines with stage criteria and required fields
  • Workflow automation for follow-up, tasks, alerts and approvals
  • Renewal, expansion and ticketing processes for customer success

Best for: teams losing leads in handoffs, or running manual processes that should have been automated years ago.

Reporting and forecasting

Dashboards built on definitions everyone agrees on, so the number in the board deck matches the number in the CRM. Recurring revenue and project revenue are tracked separately, because they behave differently.

What it includes

  • Pipeline and forecast dashboards by rep, team and segment
  • Recurring revenue (MRR and ARR) and project revenue reported on their own terms
  • Retention, churn and expansion reporting
  • Marketing attribution and funnel conversion
  • Executive dashboards with written metric definitions

Best for: leadership teams still forecasting from spreadsheets because they do not trust the CRM.

Data governance and hygiene

Clean the data once, then put the controls in place so it stays clean. The controls matter more than the cleanup.

What it includes

  • Deduplication and record merging
  • Naming standards and property cleanup
  • Required fields and validation rules at the right stages
  • Ownership and territory rules
  • Ongoing monitoring and quarterly hygiene reviews

Best for: any CRM that has been through several admins and several good intentions.

Managed RevOps

A monthly retainer that gives you a senior revenue operations function without hiring one. Administration, optimization and new requests, with defined hours and response times.

What it includes

  • Day-to-day administration and user support
  • An optimization backlog, prioritized with you each month
  • New requests scoped, built and documented
  • Adoption coaching and refresher training
  • Defined response times and a monthly review

Best for: companies that have outgrown a part-time admin but are not ready to hire a RevOps team.

How pricing works

Every engagement is quoted in writing before work starts. There are no hourly surprises.

  • Assessment

A fixed fee, credited toward implementation if you proceed within 60 days.

  • Implementation projects

Fixed scope, quoted per engagement based on complexity, integrations and data volume.

  • Managed RevOps

Monthly tiers with defined hours and response times, on a minimum term.

  • Out-of-scope work

Quoted before it is built, never billed as a surprise.

We do not discount. When a budget is fixed, we adjust scope so that whatever is built is built properly.

Common questions

HubSpot or Salesforce?

Both. We recommend based on your team, your budget and the tools you already run. If you are deciding between them, the assessment settles it with evidence rather than preference.

Do you work with small businesses?

We focus on mid-market companies with established sales and marketing teams. If you are earlier than that, we are happy to point you to a better fit.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on data volume, integrations and how many teams are involved. Every proposal includes a phased timeline, and we report progress against it weekly.

Can you work alongside our in-house admin or agency?

Yes. We often work with an internal admin or a marketing agency, and we document everything so they can maintain what we build.

Do you build AI and custom integrations?

Yes, four capabilities, each scoped on its own: HubSpot Breeze, Salesforce Agentforce, Claude MCP connections and custom API software connections. All four are covered on the AI and integrations page.

Where are you based?

British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. We work remotely with clients across Canada and the United States.

Not sure which service you need?

Start with a call. We will tell you plainly whether an assessment, a project or a retainer is the right first step.
