A small, senior revenue operations firm.

Stratefuse works with mid-market companies that are too big for a part-time CRM admin and too small for an enterprise consultancy's junior team.

Why Stratefuse exists

Mid-market companies carry enterprise expectations with a fraction of the staff. Leadership wants an accurate forecast, marketing wants attribution, sales wants a pipeline that reflects reality and customer success wants to see renewals coming. All of that depends on one system being right, and in most companies no one owns it.

Stratefuse was founded to be that owner for a season, or for good. Senior revenue operations expertise on HubSpot and Salesforce, scoped in writing and delivered by the same people from the first call to the handover.

We deal exclusively with mid-market companies. That focus is deliberate: the problems repeat, the fixes are known, and a firm that sees them every week solves them faster than a generalist agency or a first-time internal hire.

How we work

Four commitments that shape every engagement.

Trust the data first

A CRM is only useful if people believe it. We fix definitions, ownership and hygiene before we build dashboards on top of them.

Scope in writing

Deliverables, timeline and owner are in a signed statement of work. Changes are quoted before they are built, so budgets hold.

Senior people only

The consultant who scopes your work builds it. Specialist contractors join under our direction when a project needs them, and we stay accountable to you.

Hand it over properly

Documentation, training and clean architecture are part of every build. Your team should be able to run the system without us.

What every engagement produces

Consulting is easy to buy and hard to measure. These are the documents you hold at the end of each stage, whatever the size of the project.

  • Solution design

A written description of the objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, automation and integrations we intend to build, approved by you before any configuration starts.

  • Statement of work

Deliverables, phases, timeline, owner and fee, signed by both sides. Anything outside it is quoted separately before it is built.

  • Metric definitions

One page that defines each number on your dashboards: what counts as a lead, an opportunity, a win, recurring revenue and churn. Finance, sales and marketing sign off on the same version.

  • Data migration log

Record counts in and out, the field mapping, the deduplication rules applied and the exceptions we could not resolve automatically.

  • Weekly status

Progress against the plan, decisions needed from you, risks and their owners. Sent every week of the build, in writing.

  • System documentation and training

An admin guide covering every workflow and integration, a user guide for each team, recorded training sessions and a handover meeting at launch.

The practice

What we work in, who we work with and how we are set up.

  • Platforms

HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service and Content Hubs, and Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. We run migrations in either direction and integrate both with finance, support, calling and data tools.

  • Clients

Mid-market B2B companies with established sales and marketing teams: typically a sales team of five or more, a marketing function, a renewal or customer success motion and leadership that reports on pipeline and revenue every month.

  • Where and when

Incorporated in Canada and based in British Columbia and Ontario, so we cover Pacific through Eastern business hours. All work is delivered remotely, with on-site kickoffs where a project warrants it.

  • Capacity

We take on a limited number of implementations at a time, so each one gets senior attention through to launch. Managed clients have defined hours and response times each month.

  • Confidentiality

Every engagement is covered by a consulting agreement with confidentiality terms. We work inside your CRM with named user accounts and the least access the work requires, and we remove our access at handover unless you keep us on.

See whether we are the right fit.

A 30-minute call is enough to tell you what the first step should be: an assessment, a project or a retainer.
