How Stratefuse Consulting Inc. collects, uses and protects personal information.
Who we are
Stratefuse Consulting Inc. ("Stratefuse", "we", "us") is a revenue operations consultancy incorporated in Canada, with principals in British Columbia and Ontario. This policy covers personal information we collect through stratefuse.com and stratefuse.ca, by email and in the course of providing our services. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to sales@stratefuse.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send us a message, book a call or sign a contract with us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, work email, company, role, phone number and the details of your request.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, our analytics and hosting providers record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you viewed and the site that referred you. Some of this is collected through cookies (see below).
Information from our work together. If your company becomes a client, we handle business contact details and, in the course of CRM work, data held in your systems. That data belongs to you and is handled under our consulting agreement, not this policy.
How we use it

Cookies and analytics
We use HubSpot to run our CRM, our contact forms and our website analytics. HubSpot sets cookies that recognize your browser across visits and link your activity on this site to any form you submit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some forms may not. Where a cookie consent banner is shown, your choices there are respected.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and with authorities when the law requires it. Our current providers include:
- HubSpot: CRM, forms, email and website analytics
- Cloudflare: website hosting, performance and security
- Google: business email, documents and the fonts this site loads from Google Fonts
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed
Some of these providers store data in the United States or other countries. While it is there, it may be accessible to authorities in those jurisdictions under local law.
Marketing email
We send commercial email in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing message includes our contact details and an unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribe requests within ten business days.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Enquiry records are kept while we have a reason to follow up. Client and contract records are kept for as long as Canadian tax and legal requirements demand, generally seven years after the engagement ends.
Your rights and choices
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Email sales@stratefuse.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site or sent to existing clients by email.
